Great armor from FOX, stays pretty cool with the vents, easy to take on and off with the quick release on the sides. they stay in place while cycling so perfect for anyone who bikes and wants armor for their legs. Thick padding on the back side for comfort. So if you need armor get these.

So, I've only used these for one day but it was a long day of downhill, at least 8 hours of it. These were so comfortable and form fitting that half the time I forgot that they were on. Had a few spills and they protected me very well, I'm almost certain that if it wasn't for these I would have been bleeding profusely. They breathe pretty well and ride very well uphill and downhill. They do seem to irritate the skin just a tad bit on the back of the leg but better than that a hole or a gash.
My roommate has the model before mine and when he compared them he said they were much more comfortable and didn't have to worry about the knee/thigh party getting in the way on uphill stuff.
These are good, I recommend these.
